Useful Information

Autumn 1

• PE days are Monday and Thursday, children are required to come into school in their PE kits (black shorts/jogging bottoms, school white PE top, trainers and tracksuit top if required).
   
• Homework, a bingo grid will be sent home every six weeks with fun activities to support your childs learning. You can choose what order to complete the activities in with fortnightly hand in dates. Please ensure your child completes the homework grid so we are able to celebrate and looks at everyones work together. 
   

• If your child needs to self isolate at any point, I will be uploading lessons and  activities onto Google Classroom for them to complete. Your child’s log in details will be the same as last academic year. If you do not know the login details, please contact me via the school office.
   

• Spellings, each week key spellings and spelling patterns will be published on the class page of the school website, these spellings are taught in class.
   

• Children will be coming home with Knowledge organisers for Geography and Science which contain key information about the topics we are studying. To support your child's learning you can use this in conversations alongside the key vocabulary provided.
