Autumn Term
As part of world religion day, Neptune class enjoyed exploring Hinduism. They learnt about Diwali and made their own Diva lamps and Rangoli patterns. The children had so much fun that they asked to take the chalk outside to continue to make more Rangoli patterns.
We created waves pictures in the style of Vija Celmins, experimenting with different mark making.
The children loved visiting Marston Thorold's Church.
We have been looking at colour mixing and producing the children have been producing their own abstract compositions in the style of Beatriz Milhazes
Welcome to a new school year and welcome to Neptune class.
We have lots of thrilling activities planned to help the children on their learning journey.
