Curriculum Intent
At Marston Thorold's Charity CE Primary School, we provide a curriculum that motivates and engages our children. We help children develop independence and creativity while they explore new ideas and concepts and have fun! We are proud of the inclusive nature of our school, and ensure that all pupils are given opportunities that are appropriate and tailored to meet their individual learning needs. Our curriculum complies with our duties in the Equality Act 2010 and the Special Educational Needs and Disability Regulations 2014 by ensuring our curriculum is accessible for those with disabilities or special educational needs.
Our Inclusion Statement emphasises the importance of providing an inclusive learning environment for all pupils including those with SEND. Additional information on this can be found in our Special Education Needs Information Report and Equality Information and Objectives.
If you would like further information on the curriculum we teach, please contact the school directly.

Our Vision
This was written in conjunction with our pupils and staff:
‘TOGETHER IN FAITH WE ASPIRE TO ACHIEVE OUR TRUE POTENTIAL’
True to the generous legacy of Sir John Thorold, together with our Christian Values, we strive to create a safe, inclusive and nurturing family where everyone can flourish and achieve their true potential. Faith informs and inspires all that we do and empowers us to treat all God's creations with dignity. Through enabling all to nourish a healthy mind, body and spirit, we aim to raise independent, resilient and caring individuals who aspire to excellence.
'Love your neighbour as yourself.' Matthew 22:39
