  • Important Information regarding Sports Day Monday 11th July 2022

    Sun 10 Jul 2022

We are really sorry but we have had to make the decision to postpone sports until Monday 18th July 2022 at 9am.

We understand that this may not be an ideal decision for some of you, as we know many of you may have booked time off work etc but with the weather forecast looking set to hit 30 degrees tomorrow afternoon and with the children at the forefront of our mind, we feel the safest option for them is to postpone.

We are really sorry for any inconvenience this will cause.

Many thanks for supporting the school.

  • Music Mash Up Live

    Tue 05 Jul 2022

Eight children from Marston Thorold's were invited to Belton Woods Hotel to take part in the Mash Up Live event organised by Lincolnshire Music Service. Across the county there were 52 schools taking part virtually and 4500 children! The children were absolutely amazing playing their trumpets as part of the live school orchestra. The children played alongside a live band, joined in with a beatboxer and some children even got interviewed. What an experience to be part of the live filming and to meet YolanDa Brown from CBeebies.

  • Online Safety for Under 5s - Top Tips for Parents/Carers

    Wed 15 Jun 2022

Technology can move at an extraordinarily fast pace and it can be difficult to know how to start talking to your child about what they’re doing online, who they might be speaking to or discussing the potential risks and issues.

Talking regularly with your child is the greatest tool to help keep them safe online. Talking regularly and making it part of daily conversation, like you would about their day at school, will help your child feel relaxed. It also means when they do have any worries, they’re more likely to come and speak to you.
