We are celebrating the 25th anniversary of World Book Day on Thursday 3rd March 2022 by repeating the class 'book door' competition which was a huge success last year.

The crocuses we planted to support the Rotary International club end polio campaign have begun to sprout!

The purple crocus is a symbol of Rotary's worldwide campaign to eradicate polio, with its colour representing the dye used to mark the finger of a child who has been immunised.

The Scholastic Book Fair was well attended. Here is one of the winners claiming their prize.

Our swimmers did an amazing job at the 33rd Rotary Swimarathon this year and raised over £500.00 for the Rotary Club. It was a lovely afternoon and the children
thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you to Miss
Lamb for all her help organising this event for the
children.

KS2 children took part in a badminton festival at KGGS on Wednesday after school. Thank you to Miss Lamb and several parents who supported the children in this activity.
